Interactive Balloon Surface constantly changes shape according to the use of people. The balloons act as various urban furniture and create a festive atmosphere in everyday life. Citizens are invited to various experiences, such as taking a break, playing, or watching a large-scale performance. As a joint exhibition of the 2019 Seoul Biennale of Urbanism and Architecture, the ever-changing pavilion raises awareness of the newly opened exhibition hall while blending into the surrounding historical landscape.
